  • 6:40-7:00 Ariel Kane, BPS will provide a brief summary of the upcoming Housing Bonus Alignment Project. The project will propose changes to the zoning code to help increase the production of housing – especially affordable housing, accessible housing, and units with more bedrooms. The project focuses on dense, mixed-use areas outside of the Central City.”
  • 7:00-7:30 Liz Tillstrom, PBOT planner will provide a presentation on the upcoming safety projects on SE Stark between 108 th -162 nd and on SE Division between 148th -174 th that are currently in design.
